Professional experience
Over 10+ years across pharma, finance, and gaming, I’ve built and deployed production AI systems for personalization, process optimization, and decision-making at scale. I’ve also led small teams and spoken at major conferences on algorithms and technology that drive business impact.
Alongside my full-time role, I help technical leaders and early-stage teams make better AI decisions, from defining what should actually be built, to assessing cost and complexity, to diagnosing production readiness issues. The focus is on general AI system design and scalable, cost-aware practices that apply across industries.
Technical areas of expertise
The words “expert” and “advanced tech stack” get used a lot these days. I try to let the work speak instead.
My main expertise lies in developing AI/ML systems end2end. From tracking and data collection, through data transformation, training pipelines and model deployment, to model monitoring and A/B testing. I usually work with the following tech stack:
Published papers and articles
Not every useful idea ends up in a paper. Some end up in production systems. I’ve been fortunate to work on both.
My research background in statistics, optimization, and machine learning shapes how I evaluate models and system trade-offs. While much of this work is theoretical, it helps me reason about model assumptions, uncertainty, and implementation trade-offs, grounding production decisions in approaches that are efficient, reliable, and scalable rather than driven by hype.
Presentations and talks
I’ve spoken at conferences when discussions benefited from a more technical grounding, particularly once the slides ran out.

AI/ML Workshops
Work hard, shop smart — that’s all about workshops!
I don’t always do workshops, but when I do, I do make sure that it is memorable for the participants. Combining fun and learning is the best way to introduce new topics to others. And would never miss to give a quiz to the participants in the end! Here are some examples of workshops in the AI space that I’ve led.
